The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Yesterday I went to see this film.. and I am amazed.. It is, by far, one of the best films I have ever seen in a long time. Some films I say: ok, it has a good photo, or the art is amazing, or the story is great.. but this.. this is all in on film, it is so round that leaves nothing out..

Everything is marvelous. The photography, the actors, the art, everything!...
Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchet are amazing here, and I was also surprised by the appeareance of one of the actress that I consider as one of the best these days: Tilda Swinton... that woman has a face that looks like out of this world, I love her strangeness.

It is also one of those stories that really makes you think and changes your perspective of life, and I love that in a film. It sees the life, death and loneliness in an unique way, and all of this, thanks to the vision of mr. Scott Fitzgerald and the adaptation of David Fincher.

Hufelandstrasse

I found this picture of the place we called our home in Prenzlauerberg, Berlin. A beautiful eastern house. The film Das Leben den Anderen happens in this street in a house like this. It was like living in a dream, and in a film... I miss that place.. I miss Berlin.

Amazing photography. Full of smoke, backlights, dust and mist.
Music.. by the great Nick Cave.. and it has a surprise.
Brad Pitt is one of the best Hollywood actors. More than being handsome and a 90s girl magazine popstar, he is now more mature and has incredible histrionic qualities.
Excelent film.
